SAFETY DOOR

POSSESSES A SET OF DETAILS THAT NOT ONLY GUARANTEE ITS AESTHETIC QUALITIES, BUT ALSO ITS EXCLUSIVE INTERNAL QUALITIES.

Internal Structure formed by a double sheet of electro-galvanized steel, welded to the exterior and interior panel, bent in a way that the points with greater risk of break-ins are reinforced. In the inferior part, the sheet is bent twice, with a thickness of more than 3mm.

Steel lacquered Ring and Pre-ring, resistant to corrosion and atmospheric agents. The electro-galvanized steel pre-ring (even more resistant to oxidation) is fixed to the wall with 8 steel pins. It is equipped with spacers and special supports for an easy and precise placement.

Lock with a Manganese Steel Plate, also resistant to the drill, which confers it greater safety.

Blockade Shanks activated by the lock, stabilize and block the door to the wall. They are formed by a tube of galvanized steel with an 18mm diameter, larger than traditional shanks. Stainless steel pins that turn about them are put inside the tubes, not allowing the intruder to use any cutting utensil.

Anti-Burglary Rostrums removed from a 3mm thick steel sheet, are put on the same side as the hinges and disable the breaking down of the door, leaving it fixed in its catch.

The Omega slocated between the two panels of the internal structure, are a particular vertical steel reinforcement that make the structure stronger and more rigid. They are welded to the structure with a patented procedure, which consists in their fusion to the panels along the entire perimeter and in the central part, in order to obtain a single block of solid steel.

Regulated "Micron" Hinges,which are able to regulate the position of any armoured door or blind in 3 directions: height, width and thickness. "Micron" consents larger precision to the door's functioning, simultaneously facilitating the installation and the regulation.

OMEGA
The "Omega", vertical steel reinforcements that make the structure stronger and more rigid, are located between the internal structure's two panels. They are fixed to the panels vertically, along the entire surface, in order to obtain a single block of solid steel.

OPENING LIMITER The opening limiter, also called safety blockade, comes with the base model. Applied directly to the frame, it is easily activated at the push of a button and resists any shove.	LOCK LANCE-BOLTS Permits changing the key without substituting the lock. In case of theft, loss or copying of keys, it will be enough to substitute the block with a new set of keys, in a single and simple operation. 2 LOCKS Possibility of the door being supplied with 2 locks. The second is designated as a service lock.
ACCESSORIES Handles, mirrors, buttons and viewfinders supplied with the base model door are of the bronze type. However, the possibility of these accessories being of the stainless steel type also exists.	MOVABLE SILL The automatic movable sill, at ground level, guarantees protection against drafts and light passages, and is an indispensable detail for a safety door.
